  • Visitors with Key Access – this section is for those of you that want to have a key to your home secured at the guard shack and provide a list of names to security that can have access to that key upon request
  • Visitors without Key Access – this section is for those individuals who you want to have access through the gates without having to call security for notification every time they are coming to visit.

PostHeaderIcon We need your help!

Hello neighbors.

It’s hard to keep track of all the work that’s being done in our village.  Whether it’s maintenance, rehab on our buildings, pool cleaning, mowing, etc., we trust that our hired help will do jobs as we require them to do.  Unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen.  So if you see something that doesn’t look right to you we want to know about it.  Please don’t hesitate to call Pegasus Properties when you see for example; sloppy mowing, workers standing around and not getting the job done, poor pool maintenance and cleaning, etc.  I am a 16 year full time resident at Harbour Pointe, and as a board member I try to keep tabs on as much as I can, but with a full time job, there’s a lot of stuff I miss.  Thank you all for your help.  We all want Harbour Pointe to be the best it can be.
